No Return & No Exchange Policy
Since our services involve customized and digital work created specifically for each client, all purchases and payments are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged once the work has started.
Conditions
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for completed video editing services.
- Payments made for a project are non-refundable once editing work has started.
- Services are customized according to the client’s requirements and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged like physical products.
- Clients should provide all necessary instructions, files, references, and requirements before the editing process begins.
- Changes requested after delivery may be handled according to the revision terms agreed upon for the project.
- If additional work falls outside the original requirements, additional charges may apply.
Revisions
If revisions are included in your selected package, you may request changes according to the agreed revision limit.
Revision requests must be related to the original project requirements. Completely new concepts, additional footage, or major changes may be treated as a new service.
Cancellation
Once work has started, cancellation requests generally will not qualify for a refund.
If a cancellation is requested before work begins, the applicable terms will depend on the project agreement and payment conditions.
